If you are unable to access your account, first check that you are using the right information:

Email address: The quickest way to tell if you are using the right email address is to log in to your email account and search for an email from Lifesight. When you sign up, we send you a welcome email.

Password: Your password can be a mix of letters, numbers or symbols, and is case sensitive. Make sure you use the same email you used to sign up.

If you are still having trouble logging in, or If you forgot your password, then reach out to our customer support. Send us an email at [email protected] We will help you to reset your password. Please send your email using the email address you used while signing up. If you are using a different email address to contact us, we will ask for additional information to help us keep your account safe.
